Residual echoes of the contemporary art movement
Opening in a former DVD shop in 2016, AMP Gallery was launched as a not-for-profit artist-led gallery. The original curatorial project has been paused and the space is now available for hire through Maverick Projects.
Creatives have long been visiting this space for contemporary art in Peckham, but only recently did it go from being privately curated to be available for hire through Maverick Projects.
Inside, there’s a floating wall that acts as a divider, splitting the main room while keeping continuous transition through the whole space. It’s a great option for experiential work, performances or moving displays.
